A missed call should not become a lost job.
Cenvarel answers a missed call with a text, collects what the caller needs, and hands the request to a person at the business. It is built for small service businesses whose technicians are on jobs when the phone rings.
- For
- Small service businesses that cannot answer every call.
- Status
- A limited demonstration for invited testers. Not a commercial service.
- Operator
- Adonias Lemma. An independent project run by one person.
How it works
The workflow runs on predefined rules and message templates. No generative model writes the replies.
-
The call is missed.
A call to the business number rings a person first. If nobody answers, the workflow records it as missed. Only a caller who enrolled beforehand, by texting DEMO and confirming YES, receives a text. Anyone else receives nothing.
-
A short text exchange.
A fixed first message names the business and asks what the caller needs. A few fixed questions collect the type of service, the property ZIP code, and a name. If a reply is unclear, the system asks once more, then hands the conversation to a person.
-
A person takes over.
The request, with those three details, goes to someone at the business. They reply to the caller, check the calendar, and confirm any appointment. In the current demo the workflow only records an appointment request; it does not confirm work on its own.
As the caller sees it
An example built from the message templates the demo actually sends. The caller’s replies, the ZIP code, and the name are sample data, and “Cenvarel HVAC Demo” is a fictional business name used only for testing.
The first message identifies the demo business, and STOP works at any point in the exchange. The automated part collects three details and a preferred time; a person reviews the request before anything is confirmed.

Thanks, Sam. We have your request for no cooling in ZIP 98225. Reply with your preferred day and time, and we’ll check availability. Reply STOP to opt out.
- A person at the business reviews the request before any appointment is confirmed.
What it will not do
- Text anyone who has not enrolled. A missed call alone never triggers a message, and STOP ends automated messages immediately.
- Diagnose, quote, or book. Every appointment request, and anything the rules cannot handle, is passed to a person.
- Assess emergencies. If a message mentions a gas smell, smoke, fire, or a carbon monoxide alarm, routine questions stop, one fixed safety notice tells the caller to leave the area and call 911 or their utility, and a person is alerted immediately.
- Send marketing. Only service-related, conversational messages tied to the caller’s own request.
Where the project stands
- Status
- A limited demonstration and testing program, open by invitation only. There are no paying customers, no published pricing, and no performance guarantees; nothing on this site is an offer. The prototype has been tested with synthetic data; live testing with invited participants is pending.
- Operator
- Cenvarel is the name under which Adonias Lemma builds and tests automation workflows for small service businesses. It is an independent project operated by one person. It is not a corporation, a limited liability company, or an established agency.
- Demo business
- The name used in test messages, “Cenvarel HVAC Demo,” is fictional. It is not a real company and does not offer HVAC services. Cenvarel itself is not an HVAC contractor and does not diagnose, repair, or install anything.
Questions, or invited to test?
Write to support@cenvarel.net. Invited testers enroll first, then place a demo call; the SMS program page explains the two-step enrollment, the messages to expect, and how to stop at any time.
