SMS program
Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo SMS Program
Invited testers enroll in two steps: text DEMO to the Cenvarel demo number, then reply YES to the welcome message. Nobody is enrolled, and no missed-call texts are sent, until YES is received.
How to enroll (two steps)
Program: Cenvarel Lead Recovery DemoOperator: Adonias Lemma (Cenvarel)Number: (360) 526-8038Eligibility: invited testers in the United States only
- Text DEMO to (360) 526-8038.This asks to enroll. You are not enrolled yet.
- Read the welcome message you receive. It explains the program and asks you to confirm.
- Reply YES to confirm.Only a YES reply enrolls you. Until then you receive no missed-call recovery texts, even if you call the number.
- Receive one confirmation message. After it arrives you may place a demo call to (360) 526-8038.
The two messages you will receive
These are the exact enrollment messages the demo sends. If you reply YES without first texting DEMO, you are not enrolled; the demo replies with instructions to text DEMO. Texting DEMO again while your enrollment is pending simply repeats the welcome message. After you have opted out with STOP, DEMO and YES are ignored until you reply START.
After you text DEMO — welcome and final-confirmation request
Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo: Reply YES to confirm enrollment in service-related demo texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms: https://cenvarel.net/sms-terms/ Privacy: https://cenvarel.net/privacy/
After you reply YES — one confirmation
Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo: You're enrolled. You may now place a demo call. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
What enrolled testers receive
Conversational messages related to the demonstration scenario you are testing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Lead-recovery demonstration replies After a missed demo call: the demo business identifies itself and asks what you need.
- Service-information questions The type of service needed, the property ZIP code, and the name to put on the request.
- Appointment-request updates Available demo time slots and confirmation that a request was recorded.
- Safety escalation notices If your message suggests a hazard: leave the area and contact emergency services or your utility.
- Limited follow-up reminders If a conversation is left unanswered — currently limited to one automated reminder per demo conversation.
- Never marketing The program does not send marketing or promotional messages, and your number is not added to any marketing list.
Opting out and re-enrolling
- STOP
- Reply STOP at any time, whether your enrollment is pending or complete. You are opted out immediately and receive no further automated text messages from the demo.
- START
- Reply START after opting out. This only begins re-enrollment: the demo sends the welcome message again and you must reply YES before you are enrolled and before any missed-call texts resume. While you are opted out, texting DEMO or YES does nothing: only START (or UNSTOP) lifts the block, because it is the keyword your carrier and Twilio recognise.
- HELP
- Reply HELP at any time, or email support@cenvarel.net. Support is provided by Adonias Lemma.
Who can participate
The Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo is a limited demonstration and testing program operated by Adonias Lemma under the Cenvarel project name. Participation is limited to invited testers located in the United States. If you have not been invited to test the demo, please do not text or call the demo number; the number is not a customer-service line and does not belong to a real HVAC business. The demo business name used in messages, “Cenvarel HVAC Demo,” is fictional.
Your participation is governed by the SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
