SMS Terms

These terms apply to the text-message program of the Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo. By texting DEMO to the Cenvarel demo number and replying YES to the welcome message, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Program: Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo · Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Program and operator

The program name is Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo. It is operated by Adonias Lemma, an individual, under the Cenvarel project name. Cenvarel is an independent software and automation project; it is not a corporation, limited liability company, agency, or HVAC contractor. In these terms, “Cenvarel,” “we,” and “the operator” refer to Adonias Lemma.

The demo business name “Cenvarel HVAC Demo” used in demonstration messages is fictional and does not refer to a real company.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to invited testers who voluntarily opt in. You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you opt in with. The demo number is not a customer-service line and is not intended for the general public.

3. Enrolling (double opt-in)

Enrollment takes two steps. First you text the keyword DEMO to the Cenvarel demo number, (360) 526-8038; the demo replies with a welcome message that describes the program and asks you to confirm. Second, you reply YES. Your enrollment is pending until YES is received: you are not enrolled, and no missed-call recovery texts are sent to you, until then. After a valid YES the demo sends one confirmation message and you may place a demo call. Texting DEMO and replying YES constitutes your consent to receive service-related demonstration text messages from Cenvarel for the Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo. A YES sent without a pending request does not enroll you. Calling the demo number does not enroll you. Full instructions and the exact enrollment messages are on the SMS Program page.

4. Messages you will receive

Messages are conversational and related to the demonstration, not marketing. They may include lead-recovery demonstration replies after a missed demo call, service-information questions (service type, ZIP code, name), appointment-request updates, safety escalation notices, and limited follow-up reminders. Cenvarel does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

5. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the demo. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive; contact your carrier for details.

6. STOP, START, and HELP

STOP
Reply STOP to cancel at any time, whether your enrollment is pending or complete. You are opted out immediately and will not receive further automated text messages from the demo.
START
Reply START (or UNSTOP) after opting out to begin re-enrollment. This does not by itself restore your consent: the demo sends the welcome message again and you must reply YES before you are enrolled and before any missed-call texts resume. While you are opted out, DEMO or YES does not begin re-enrollment.
HELP
Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@cenvarel.net.

Opting out of text messages stops automated SMS from the demo. It may not prevent a non-SMS communication that is required for safety or legal reasons, for example a phone call or email in response to a message that suggests an emergency, or a communication required by law.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of using any other product or service. You may participate in the demo only if you choose to.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.

9. Availability and changes

The Cenvarel Lead Recovery Demo is a testing program. It may be paused, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice, and it may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. We may update these terms as the demo changes; the “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, text STOP.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

The demo is provided “as is” for demonstration and testing. It is not an emergency service and cannot assess emergencies; if you smell gas, see smoke or fire, or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the area and call 911 or your utility from a safe location. The demo does not provide HVAC, technical, medical, or professional advice, and no appointment created by the demo is a commitment by any business to perform work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the demo, including delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms or the program can be sent to Adonias Lemma at support@cenvarel.net.
